Good communication needs to be organized! To facilitate the transmission of information, make sure you schedule regular meetings to enable interaction between project stakeholders. 

Discussions in writing alone can be a source of misunderstanding. If you telework for part of the week, it's best to hold these meetings face-to-face, to avoid interruptions or technical problems that could interfere with the dialogue. 

A major annual HR event, appraisal interviews give employees the opportunity to discuss their professional development with their manager. At a time when young employees have grown up with social networks and the ability to converse instantaneously, it seems inappropriate today to take stock of an employee's well-being only once a year. 

The company's premises should also be an ideal place for conversation. Within the office, consider the creation of communal areas where you can meet as a group, whether for a work meeting or a friendly break. These places will give rise to discussions that are beneficial to the smooth running of the business. 

Feedback within the company 

First introduced in the 1960s, the feedback culture is now present in many organizations. It encourages the sharing of information, with the aim of constantly improving activity and individual progress.

Numerous technological solutions facilitate communication between employees of the same organization: 

- Project management tools: centralize the tasks of the various participants, plan work processes and monitor objectives in real time; 

- intranet: company news; 

- instant messaging: more spontaneous exchanges ; 

- document sharing: making shared resources available; - videoconferencing tools: now essential with the rise of teleworking. 

Once these applications have been installed, it's a good idea to define the rules of use by drawing up a charter. Above all, their implementation should save users time.
